Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set forth the basic terms and conditions governing the use of the Office Worker Type Test (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are established to clarify the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Service operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") to facilitate smooth use of the Service.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides the following features:

• AI Face Analysis-Based Office Worker Type Test: The AI analyzes facial photos uploaded by users to determine their office worker type.
• Free Service: All features are provided free of charge with no additional costs.
• 8 Animal Type Classifications: Based on the analysis results, users are classified into one of 8 animal types, with detailed descriptions provided for each type.
• Result Sharing Feature: Users can share their analysis results through social media and messaging applications.

The Service is provided purely for entertainment and fun purposes and is not a diagnostic tool based on psychological or scientific evidence.

Article 3 (Service Usage)

Users may use the Service under the following conditions:

• No Registration Required: No separate account registration, login, or personal information input is required to use the Service.
• Analysis Through Image Upload: When a user uploads their facial photo, the AI automatically proceeds with the analysis.
• Browser-Based Processing: All image analysis is processed locally within the user's browser using TensorFlow.js technology. Images are not transmitted to or stored on external servers.

Data communication costs required to use the Service are borne by the User.

Article 4 (User Responsibilities)

Users must observe the following rules when using the Service:

• Prohibition of Unauthorized Use of Others' Photos: Users must only upload their own photos or photos for which they have obtained the consent of the person pictured. Users are solely responsible for any issues arising from the unauthorized use of another person's photo.
• Prohibition of Service Misuse: Activities such as hacking, crawling, unauthorized reproduction, or any other unauthorized use of the Service are strictly prohibited.
• Prohibition of Using Results to Demean or Discriminate: Using analysis results to demean, insult, or discriminate against specific individuals or groups is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibition of Illegal Use: Using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws is prohibited.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights related to the Service are protected as follows:

• Service Content Copyright Protection: All copyrights to the Service's design, text, images, code, AI models, and other content belong to the Operator.
• Personal Use and Sharing of Results Permitted: Result images generated through the Service may be freely used for personal purposes and shared through social media and other platforms.
• Commercial Use Restrictions: Reproducing, distributing, or modifying Service content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Operator is prohibited.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Operator is not responsible for the following:

• Entertainment Purpose Service: This Service is provided purely for entertainment and fun purposes. Please do not rely on the results as a basis for serious decision-making.
• Not an Actual Personality or Psychological Analysis: AI analysis results have no connection to actual personality, psychology, or work ability, and should not be interpreted as medical or psychological diagnoses.
• No Liability for Decisions Based on Results: The Operator assumes no responsibility for any decisions or actions taken by users based on Service results.
• Possibility of Service Interruption or Changes: The Service may be interrupted or changed due to technical issues, server failures, or other unavoidable circumstances, and the Operator is not liable for any damages resulting therefrom.
• External Links: The Operator is not responsible for the content of external links included within the Service.

Article 7 (Service Changes and Suspension)

• Prior Notice: If the Service content is changed or suspended, the Operator will provide advance notice through the website. However, in urgent situations, notice may be given after the fact.
• Force Majeure: The Operator is not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, government regulations, or technical failures.
• Service Improvements: The Operator may add, modify, or remove features to improve service quality.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Governing Law: The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute related to the use of the Service, the Operator and User shall negotiate in good faith to reach an amicable resolution.
• Jurisdiction: If no agreement is reached, any related litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Operator may amend these Terms as necessary, and the amended Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the website.

• When the Terms are amended, the Operator will announce the changes and effective date on the website.
• If a User does not agree with the amended Terms, the User may discontinue use of the Service.
• Continued use of the Service after the amended Terms have been posted shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.
